Global Tech recognizes that most organization do not have tools to measure and assess individual performance and contribution towards the attainment of organizational goals. Global Tech therefore makes use of the balanced scorecard tool to assess the individual performance and contribution.
Due to ever changing expectations of employees and employers Global Tech does a number of surveys. These include employee engagement/satisfaction survey. It aims to see how engaged or satisfied employees are and it comes with requisite interventions. There is also salary and benefits surveys aimed as checking how well the organisation is paying against the market at different job levels.
Global Tech recognizes that the economy is volatile and needs organizations that are agile and responsive to the ever changing circumstances.
